Rosey A. Jencks, MLA/EP
Rosey is an environmental planner with more than two decades of experience leading technical teams in creating community-centered, integrated programs and plans for stormwater, wastewater, non-potable reuse, flood resilience and sea level rise. She has helped numerous communities use innovative strategies to re-envision their futures integrating green and nature based infrastructure into their built environment. She firmly believes that adapting our cities for climate resilience requires a one water mindset that centers on land management and balances green and grey infrastructure solutions for protecting our communities natural and built environments.

Rosey founded Artemisa Consultants to support clients in adapting their built, social, natural and institutional system to a changing climate. She is passionate about supporting a community's social, physical and institutional adaptive capacity and advancing actionable and equitable solutions.
